My name is Jess Pinkerton and my passion is fitness and nutrition. Being in the fitness industry for over a decade, I have definitely learned the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal health, performance and body composition. I have personally gone from a standard low fat diet filled with processed foods and diet soda to a whole foods Paleo diet to my current low carb, high fat Paleo diet. And each step of the way I have felt and performed better. I am a nerd when if comes to learning the science behind nutrition and I strive to stay on top of the latest research in a constantly progressing field. I use this knowledge to design nutrition programs for my clients who range from CrossFit athletes to sedentary individuals to high school students.

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, enhanced physical performance, or overall improvements in health, I would love to help you reach your goal through a personalized nutrition plan. I specialize in the Paleo and Ketogenic diets and have found enormous success through helping people learn how to cut out the processed foods and replace them with high quality fats, veggies, and protein. This program is designed for someone who is interested in changing his or her health/fitness/physique, but lacks the basic nutrition knowledge to achieve their goals. The Nutrition Foundation is ideal for someone who is very self-driven and can take the information regarding macronutrients, quantities, and timing and implement the plan without much accountability.

Nutritional Education

  • Learn appropriate portion sizes for each macronutrient
  • Learn proper peri-workout nutrition
Review and Critique of Current (3)-day food log
Set Behavior Goals

  • Identify clear steps that need to be taken in order to reach your health/fitness/physique goals

This program builds on the Nutrition Foundation Package by including nutrition and supplementation to enhance performance and the valuable elements of check ins and ongoing body assessments for accountability. This program is ideal for someone who wants to improve their health/fitness/physique/athletic performance AND requires more accountability in order to stick to the program. Check in sessions can be bi-monthly or monthly, based on specific need. They can continue indefinitely until goals are met and accountability is no longer necessary.
