Vitality Fitness, located in Concord NC, is all about being comfortable with uncomfortable. During these group workouts, we will focus on functional movements that mimic things you do in your everyday lives. We will get you outside of your comfort zone, and do so without compromising your ability to safely conduct the movements used in the workouts. We will constantly be ramping up the intensity of your workouts based on your increased proficiency in the movements. One aspect of how CrossFit differs from other programs is that you will be held accountable for the goals that you have set for yourself. Your potential is usually much more than what you believe it to be and we will continually push you in order for you to receive the results you not only want, but deserve. We will incorporate diet/nutrition to go along with the workouts, causing even more dramatic results. CrossFit Vitality is a coaching facility, not a typical gym that you walk into and use on your own. The only time our members come in is during scheduled sessions when our coaches are leading the workout. We have created an environment conducive to empowering our members to push themselves to gain results that were thought not to be possible. This is not a facility where we have machines for you to use, we find them to be less efficient than functional exercises.

Our trainers will teach you skills, habits, and nutritional knowledge you will need to achieve revolutionary results and sustain a lifetime of fitness. That being said, membership is going to be in the range of $140-$215 per month based on how often you are looking to come in and how long you commit to working with us.

If you were looking for the “quick fix”, you’ve probably left to seek out a more traditional facility by now, and there you will find the truth, there is no “quick fix” to living an active and healthy lifestyle that involves fitness and wellness. Since moving to our new location, we have launched ēvoFIT which is something that has been 3 years in the making. This bridges the gap between CrossFit and traditional strength training. It provides an efficient transition back into fitness for those that have taken a break from making fitness a priority. The focus for this program is to build aerobic capacity within a group setting while working on core strength and stability. You will find these sessions will be as challenging as your fitness level allows. CrossFit Kids is an excellent way to get your children to equate fitness and health to fun. With the child obesity rates higher than they have ever been in the history of our country, it is vital that we begin to be proactive with our kids health.


Our kids program focuses on basic principles of fitness. We will work on bodyweight movements and work to develop hand-eye coordination. Being able to work with other kids of similar ages is great for their confidence as well as their interpersonal skills which I think is vital as we continue to move in the direction of texting and emailing versus actual verbal communication.

This is for experienced CrossFitters and are looking for some extra time to work on specific areas of their fitness. Those that are interested in competing and/or just looking for some more training time can take advantage of our Open Gym Membership. You must have an active group class membership in order to have an Open Gym Membership. The Open Gym Membership will allow you to come in and train between 10:00a – 7:00p M-F.
