Please mark on your calenders that CrossFit Vitality will be closed June 3rd – 5th due to Regional being held that weekend up in Fairfax. More to follow on this in the next few weeks. Possibly a condensed schedule for Friday and Saturday to allow those that are staying behind to get a workout in.

Trainer Seminar

We had a great Seminar with all the Vitality and Davidson coaches yesterday. Had 16 coaches participate and get rewarded with a brutal team WOD to close out the seminar.

CrossFit Games WOD 11.6

We will be hosting WOD 11.6 tonite at 6pm. Come by and watch as over 60 athletes will take on this workout. It is an amazing atmosphere that you have to experience to understand. See you tonite!
