2. IF ODD NUMBER, CREATE A TEAM OF 3. FOR TEAMS OF 3, ONLY 2/3 HAVE TO BE BACK FROM THE RUN TO BE ABLE TO START ROWING.

3. TEAMS OF 2, BOTH NEED TO BE BACK BEFORE STARTING ROW.

4. JUST HAVE TO STAND TALL AND OPEN HIPS ON BURPEES.
