1. IF CROWDED ON PLATE PUSH, HAVE THEM START ON OPPOSITTE ENDS AND TURN 1/2 HALFWAY.

2. HAVE THEM USE BLACK PLATES FROM BACK IN EVOFIT AREA.

3. MUST STAND UP ON TOP OF BOX FOR BOX JUMPS.

4. LUNGES ARE IN PLACE.
